Yes, former US President Barack Obama is set to make an in-studio appearance on Comedy Central’s The Daily Show with Trevor Noah.
According to Variety, Obama will appear as a guest on the Nov. 17 episode of the show. The former president will be discussing the Obama Foundation Democracy Forum and critical issues facing America and the world today.
This would be Obama’s third interview with the South African comedian but his first live in-studio. Back in 2021, he appeared on a virtually taped episode of the show and before leaving the White House, granted Noah one of his final interviews as president.
The interview comes just days after Obama’s successor, the impeached Donald Trump, announced his bid to return to the White House in 2024. So you can be sure, that topic would be discussed.
