One person was pronounced dead on the scene and three more hospitalized after a shooting in the Parkdale neighborhood in Toronto’s West End.
Officers responded to an incident in the Dunn Avenue and Queen Street West area around 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.null
Initial reports indicated one person had been shot, but police say a second victim was found with gunshot wounds inside an apartment building.
Toronto police say one person was pronounced dead at the scene, and another has been rushed to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Responding officers located a third victim with gunshot wounds on a nearby TTC bus. Toronto police say a fourth shooting victim made their way to the hospital. Both of their conditions are unclear.
Investigators are searching for one male suspect said to be in his 30s and last seen wearing dark clothing.
