Boxing legend Manny Pacquiao made a return to the boxing ring in an exhibition fight with YouTube star DK Yoo.
The fight took place at the Korean International Exhibition Center in Goyang, South Korea. Pacquiao won the match by unanimous decision.
The bout lasted six two-minute rounds, with Pacquiao dropping DK Yoo several times but unable to get the knockout.
It was Pacquiao’s first match since his retirement in August 2021. He lost his WBA welterweight title challenge by unanimous decision to Yordenis Ugas and hung his gloves after that.
Pacquiao had a stellar career record of 62-8-2 with 39 knockouts, and was a champion across eight divisions.
It wasn’t Yoo’s first time in the ring, having fought the legendary Evander Holyfield in an exhibition back in 2015.
After the fight, Pacquiao said that he was open to more exhibition matches, and maybe one with former rival Floyd Mayweather Jr.
“I have no idea. He always changes his decision,” said Pacquiao.
