Canada’s Air Canada and WestJet are the worst airlines among the top 10 in North America when it comes to punctuality, a new study has revealed.
The Cirium 2022 On-Time Performance Review considers on-time performance, operational complexity and an airline’s ability to limit the impact of flight disruption to its passengers.
It defines an on-time flight as a flight that arrives within 15 minutes of its scheduled gate arrival.
No Canadian airport was listed in the top 10 best-performing global airports.
